Guía de ejercicios

If you have already tried the equivalent with fixed weights but are not confident with free weights then a good way to work the shoulders is with a disc loading machine like this one, which provides secure movement and makes it more difficult to injure yourself. When choosing the test weight you should not have to arch the back to complete the movement. If you do, then choose a lower weight.
