CIRCUITS WITH VIBRATION PLATFORMS are a workout routine that has become extremely popular, especially among women:

  • In this case, the circuit is designed so that the really demanding exercise, from a muscular point of view, is the platform while the hydraulic circuits act as aerobic stations to be used with lower resistance levels encouraging sets with more repetitions.
  • The exercise is organized in 30 second shifts alternating between platform and machine circuit
  • Enjoyment is guaranteed because there are a wide variety of combinations: on the one hand, los circuits offer 11 simple or double ((as required) exercises and on the other hand, the platform enables many other power exercises such as squats, calves, triceps, bicep curls, pullover bending, front lifting, shoulder press, lower abdominals, obliques, lats, etc. as well as stretching and massage exercises for before and after.


Suitable for everybody. You can use the platform regardless of age or physical condition. Ideal for sedentary people, or those who do not like or do not have time for lengthy training sessions.
